Tiers traitant des données personnelles pour le compte de PersoHR, divulgués conformément à l'article 28(2) du GDPR.

PersoHR fait appel aux sous-traitants suivants pour fournir le service. Chacun est lié par un contrat de traitement des données équivalent aux obligations que PersoHR s'engage à respecter dans son propre DPA. Nous notifions le titulaire du compte au moins 30 jours à l'avance de toute modification prévue de cette liste et offrons le droit de s'y opposer.

DeepL (deepl.com) is used by PersoHR only for offline / development-time translation of system-seeded content (static localisation data and database migration values). No customer personal data is ever sent to DeepL, so it is intentionally not listed above as a sub-processor. If that ever changes we will add DeepL with the appropriate transfer mechanism and notify account owners 30 days in advance per our usual sub-processor change procedure.
