Les prestataires de services et leurs rôles dans le traitement, y compris les sous-traitants ultérieurs utilisés pour les données RH des clients.

Ces prestataires contribuent au service dans les rôles décrits ci-dessous. Lorsqu'un prestataire traite des données à caractère personnel des clients pour notre compte, l'article 28 du RGPD exige un contrat de sous-traitance. L'ATD énonce nos obligations en matière de recours à des prestataires, de notification aux propriétaires de compte des modifications prévues et de traitement des oppositions. Certains prestataires agissent également en tant que responsables du traitement pour leurs propres traitements déterminés.

Les demandes de traduction de texte effectuées en cours d'utilisation passent par le prestataire d'IA indiqué ci-dessus.

Les notifications d'ajout ou de remplacement prévu de sous-traitants ultérieurs exigées par l'ATD sont envoyées aux propriétaires de compte ; elles ne dépendent pas d'un abonnement à cette page.
