Kolmannet osapuolet, jotka käsittelevät henkilötietoja PersoHR:n puolesta, ilmoitettu GDPR:n artiklan 28(2) mukaisesti.

PersoHR käyttää seuraavia alihankkijoita palvelun toimittamiseen. Kutakin sitoo tietojenkäsittelysopimus, joka vastaa PersoHR:n omassa DPA:ssaan sitoutumia velvoitteita. Ilmoitamme tilin omistajalle vähintään 30 päivää etukäteen kaikista suunnitelluista muutoksista tähän listaan ja tarjoamme oikeuden vastustaa muutosta.

DeepL (deepl.com) is used by PersoHR only for offline / development-time translation of system-seeded content (static localisation data and database migration values). No customer personal data is ever sent to DeepL, so it is intentionally not listed above as a sub-processor. If that ever changes we will add DeepL with the appropriate transfer mechanism and notify account owners 30 days in advance per our usual sub-processor change procedure.
