Ci dostawcy wspierają usługę w rolach opisanych poniżej. Jeżeli dostawca przetwarza dane osobowe klientów w naszym imieniu, art. 28 RODO wymaga zawarcia umowy powierzenia przetwarzania. DPA określa nasze obowiązki w zakresie angażowania dostawców, powiadamiania właścicieli kont o planowanych zmianach i rozpatrywania sprzeciwów. Niektórzy dostawcy działają również jako administratorzy w zakresie własnego, określonego przetwarzania.

Integracje wybrane przez klienta są odrębne od dostawców zaangażowanych przez PersoHR. Przed włączeniem integracji sprawdź, jakie dane otrzymuje, na jakich warunkach je przetwarza oraz czy dochodzi do międzynarodowego przekazywania danych. Żądania tłumaczenia tekstu w trakcie działania aplikacji korzystają z dostawcy AI wymienionego powyżej.

Wymagane przez DPA powiadomienia o planowanym dodaniu lub zastąpieniu dalszych podmiotów przetwarzających są wysyłane do właścicieli kont; nie zależą od subskrybowania tej strony. Inne zainteresowane osoby mogą poprosić o aktualizacje, pisząc na adres privacy@persohr.eu.
