Podmioty trzecie przetwarzające dane osobowe w imieniu PersoHR, ujawnione zgodnie z art. 28 ust. 2 GDPR.

PersoHR korzysta z następujących podmiotów przetwarzających w celu świadczenia usługi. Każdy z nich jest związany umową o przetwarzaniu danych równoważną zobowiązaniom, które PersoHR przyjmuje we własnej DPA. Powiadamiamy właściciela konta co najmniej 30 dni przed planowaną zmianą tej listy i oferujemy prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu.

No customer personal data is ever sent to DeepL, so it is intentionally not listed above as a sub-processor. If that ever changes we will add DeepL with the appropriate transfer mechanism and notify account owners 30 days in advance per our usual sub-processor change procedure.
