Třetí strany zpracovávající osobní údaje jménem PersoHR, zveřejněné v souladu s čl. 28 odst. 2 GDPR.

PersoHR využívá k poskytování služby následující zpracovatele. Každý z nich je vázán smlouvou o zpracování údajů odpovídající povinnostem, které PersoHR přijímá ve vlastní DPA. Správce účtu informujeme nejméně 30 dní předem o jakékoli plánované změně tohoto seznamu a nabízíme právo vznést námitku.

No customer personal data is ever sent to DeepL, so it is intentionally not listed above as a sub-processor. If that ever changes we will add DeepL with the appropriate transfer mechanism and notify account owners 30 days in advance per our usual sub-processor change procedure.
