Títo poskytovatelia podporujú službu v úlohách opísaných nižšie. Ak poskytovateľ spracúva osobné údaje zákazníkov v našom mene, článok 28 GDPR vyžaduje zmluvu so sprostredkovateľom. DPA stanovuje naše povinnosti pri zapájaní poskytovateľov, oznamovaní zamýšľaných zmien vlastníkom účtov a vybavovaní námietok. Niektorí poskytovatelia vystupujú aj ako prevádzkovatelia pri svojom vlastnom vymedzenom spracúvaní.

Pred zapnutím integrácie si overte, aké údaje dostáva, jej podmienky spracúvania a prípadné medzinárodné prenosy. Požiadavky na preklad textu počas prevádzky využívajú poskytovateľa AI uvedeného vyššie.

Oznámenia o zamýšľanom pridaní alebo nahradení subdodávateľov spracúvania, ktoré vyžaduje DPA, sa zasielajú vlastníkom účtov; nezávisia od prihlásenia na odber tejto stránky. Ďalšie zainteresované osoby môžu o aktualizácie požiadať na adrese privacy@persohr.eu.
