Dienstverleners en hun rol bij de verwerking, inclusief subverwerkers die voor HR-gegevens van klanten worden gebruikt.

Deze aanbieders ondersteunen de dienst in de hieronder beschreven rollen. Wanneer een aanbieder namens ons persoonsgegevens van klanten verwerkt, vereist artikel 28 AVG een verwerkersovereenkomst. Onze verwerkersovereenkomst legt onze verplichtingen vast voor het inschakelen van aanbieders, het informeren van accounteigenaren over voorgenomen wijzigingen en het afhandelen van bezwaren. Sommige aanbieders treden ook op als verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor hun eigen, aangewezen verwerking.

Door de klant gekozen integraties staan los van aanbieders die door PersoHR worden ingeschakeld. Controleer voordat u een integratie inschakelt welke gegevens deze ontvangt, wat de verwerkingsvoorwaarden zijn en of er internationale doorgiften plaatsvinden. Vertaalverzoeken tijdens gebruik verlopen via de hierboven vermelde AI-aanbieder.

De in de verwerkersovereenkomst vereiste kennisgevingen van voorgenomen toevoegingen of vervangingen van subverwerkers worden naar accounteigenaren gestuurd; zij zijn niet afhankelijk van een abonnement op deze pagina. Andere belangstellenden kunnen updates aanvragen via privacy@persohr.eu.
