Subencargados del tratamiento

Terceros que tratan datos personales en nombre de PersoHR, divulgados conforme al artículo 28(2) del GDPR.

PersoHR utiliza los siguientes subencargados del tratamiento para prestar el servicio. Cada uno está vinculado por un acuerdo de tratamiento de datos equivalente a las obligaciones que PersoHR asume en su propio DPA. Notificamos al titular de la cuenta con al menos 30 días de antelación cualquier cambio previsto en esta lista y ofrecemos el derecho a oponerse.

DeepL (deepl.com) is used by PersoHR only for offline / development-time translation of system-seeded content (static localisation data and database migration values). No customer personal data is ever sent to DeepL, so it is intentionally not listed above as a sub-processor. If that ever changes we will add DeepL with the appropriate transfer mechanism and notify account owners 30 days in advance per our usual sub-processor change procedure.
