Трети страни, обработващи лични данни от името на PersoHR, разкрити съгласно член 28, параграф 2 от GDPR.

PersoHR използва следните подобработващи лица за предоставяне на услугата. Всяко от тях е обвързано от споразумение за обработване на данни, равностойно на задълженията, поети от PersoHR в собствения му DPA. Уведомяваме собственика на акаунта най-малко 30 дни предварително за всяка планирана промяна в този списък и предоставяме право на възражение.

DeepL (deepl.com) is used by PersoHR only for offline / development-time translation of system-seeded content (static localisation data and database migration values). No customer personal data is ever sent to DeepL, so it is intentionally not listed above as a sub-processor. If that ever changes we will add DeepL with the appropriate transfer mechanism and notify account owners 30 days in advance per our usual sub-processor change procedure.
