Sub-operatori

Terțe părți care prelucrează date cu caracter personal în numele PersoHR, divulgate în temeiul articolului 28 alineatul (2) din GDPR.

PersoHR utilizează următorii sub-operatori pentru furnizarea serviciului. Fiecare este obligat printr-un acord de prelucrare a datelor echivalent cu obligațiile pe care PersoHR și le asumă în propriul DPA. Notificăm proprietarul contului cu cel puțin 30 de zile înainte de orice modificare intenționată a acestei liste și oferim dreptul de a formula obiecții.

DeepL (deepl.com) is used by PersoHR only for offline / development-time translation of system-seeded content (static localisation data and database migration values). No customer personal data is ever sent to DeepL, so it is intentionally not listed above as a sub-processor. If that ever changes we will add DeepL with the appropriate transfer mechanism and notify account owners 30 days in advance per our usual sub-processor change procedure.
