Podizvršitelji obrade

Pružatelji usluga i njihove uloge u obradi, uključujući podizvršitelje obrade koji se koriste za HR podatke korisnika.

Ovi pružatelji podupiru uslugu u ulogama opisanima u nastavku. Kada pružatelj u naše ime obrađuje osobne podatke korisnika, članak 28. GDPR-a zahtijeva ugovor o obradi. DPA utvrđuje naše obveze u pogledu angažiranja pružatelja, obavješćivanja vlasnika računa o namjeravanim promjenama i postupanja s prigovorima. Neki pružatelji djeluju i kao voditelji obrade za vlastitu određenu obradu.
