INROCHTAINEACHT
Ráiteas inrochtaineachta
Conas a thiomnaíonn PersoHR a tháirge a dhéanamh inúsáidte ag gach duine agus conas bac a thuairisciú.
PersoHR aims to make its web application and public marketing website accessible to as many people as possible, including users with disabilities. This statement describes our current commitment, the standard we target, the known limitations and how to report an accessibility barrier.
1. Caighdeán sprice
We target conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the World Wide Web Consortium). New pages and components are designed and built against this standard; older areas of the product are being audited and brought up to the same level over time. We monitor relevant EU accessibility legislation including the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) and EN 301 549 procurement standards.
2. Raon feidhme
This statement covers persohr.eu (the public marketing website) and app.persohr.eu (the authenticated PersoHR application). It does not cover third-party services that PersoHR integrates with — for example, Stripe Checkout, Stripe Billing Portal, Slack and Mattermost have their own accessibility statements.
3. Teorainneacha aitheanta
We do not yet meet every WCAG 2.2 AA success criterion across every page. Known gaps that we are working on: some legacy data tables do not yet announce sorting state to screen readers; some chart visualisations rely on colour alone and need pattern fallbacks; some PDF documents generated by the export features are not yet tagged for screen readers. We will update this list as gaps are closed.
4. Modh measúnaithe
We currently rely on a self-assessment combining manual keyboard-only testing, automated axe-core scans in our CI pipeline, and review against the WCAG 2.2 AA checklist. We have not yet commissioned an independent third-party audit; we intend to do so before the end of 2026 and will update this statement once that report is available.

If you live in a Member State that has transposed the European Accessibility Act and you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact your national accessibility enforcement body. The current contact-point list is maintained by the European Commission at https://commission.europa.eu/strategy-and-policy/policies/justice-and-fundamental-rights/disability/disability-rights_en. Cyprus designates the Commissioner for Administration and Protection of Human Rights (Ombudsman) as the enforcement body.
