Accessibility statement
How PersoHR commits to making its product usable by everyone, and how to report a barrier.
PersoHR aims to make its web application and public marketing website accessible to as many people as possible, including users with disabilities. This statement describes our current commitment, the standard we target, the known limitations and how to report an accessibility barrier.
1. Target standard
Our accessibility target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the World Wide Web Consortium). This target is not a statement that every existing or newly released page conforms. The assessment section describes the checks currently evidenced. Applicable EU accessibility obligations, including the scope of the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) and EN 301 549 procurement requirements, must be assessed for the service concerned.
2. Scope
This statement covers persohr.eu (the public marketing website) and app.persohr.eu (the authenticated PersoHR application). Third-party services integrated with PersoHR are outside its scope. For example, Stripe Checkout, Stripe Billing Portal, Slack and Rocket.Chat have their own accessibility statements.
3. Known limitations
We do not yet meet every WCAG 2.2 AA success criterion across every page. Known gaps that we are working on: some legacy data tables do not yet announce sorting state to screen readers; some chart visualisations rely on colour alone and need pattern fallbacks; some PDF documents generated by the export features are not yet tagged for screen readers. We will update this list as gaps are closed.
4. Assessment method
Automated accessibility tests cover selected application screens using WCAG 2.1 A/AA rules, with colour-contrast checks currently excluded. These tests do not establish WCAG 2.2 AA conformance. We do not have a documented comprehensive manual assessment covering the public website, all application workflows and assistive technologies, or a completed independent accessibility audit.
5. Report a barrier
If an accessibility barrier prevents you from using PersoHR, email accessibility@persohr.eu with the page, task, assistive technology and a description of the problem. Avoid including unrelated personal information. We will investigate and explain the available next steps or workaround. You may also contact privacy@persohr.eu.
6. Enforcement procedure
Applicable accessibility duties and enforcement routes depend on the service and national law. Where legislation applies, you may use the relevant national complaint or enforcement procedure. This statement does not limit statutory rights and does not identify a single authority as competent for every PersoHR use case.
